Mr. Jamshid Kamaei's 15-year career in business & academic positions includes administrative, research, HRM systems development, journalism and marketing.social affiars and Journalism is a personaland final intrest for him. He earned the bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology,MA egree in Educational and followship studying organizational management.

Mr.Kamaei’s major research interests are training and development of international movements, cross-cultural research in international affiars and Journalism under autocracy .His Primary Research Interests has included studies of social influences on behavior in organizations, the roots of foundamentalism,terrorism and Islamic reform and transformation,the dynamics of social chang and performance of social development on poverty conditions, and global leadership(Golobe Project).

Mr. Kamaei has conducted large-scale studies of group, organizational and social factors that shape the behavior and performance of underdevelopment countries. His current project include development of methodologies for social development and theoretical models for stable development in Asia and MidllEast.

Mr. Kamaei has spent 10 years with the Oil Department (IN Tehran) and Energy Department Managers (in Khozestan and Khatk Island), as consularof HRM.Under his leadership, a few Assessemt Centers was established.
Most recently, Mr. Kempe was appointed as a Coordinator of the Organisational Studies in different Energy Department’s companies.
As a marketing expert, Mr. Kamaei has conducted educational training programs for over 3 years. His courses incorporated practical skills learned from years of practice, experience and proven success. They included selling skills, negotiation, marketing concepts, management and strategic planning. He has served as sales and marketing consultant for many companies.
He also wrote prescribed manuals for management training in the petroleum industry, of which he has extensive knowledge.

Mr. Kamaei wrote introductory material on management, HR politics and marketing and offered the program through home study and seminars.MR. Kamaei conducts seminars in the courses through different organisations and universities.
