I am a member of the Ordre des Géologues du Québec (OGQ), registered Professional Geologist # 1016.
I have worked as a geoscientist for a total of 10 years since my graduation from the University of Warsaw (Poland), conducting full-time, field-based mineral deposit studies and publishing in international refereed journals dealing with ore deposit research. I also worked for three years as course lecturer (Physical Geology) at McGill University, Montreal. I have been an independent consultant to the mineral industry since 2005, and have worked for several established companies.

I have served as article reviewer for a number of international journals, including Economic Geology, Ore Geology Reviews, and Canadian Mineralogist.
In addition to my (usual) consulting work, I am available for translation services in the fields of: mineral exploration / mining / geology / exploration contracts.
I am a bilingual French-Polish speaker (I grew up in Morocco, where I completed French education and I was world champion at the French Language Spelling World Championship, in Paris, in 1988 - 1st prize in juniors of non-francophone countries). I also have an excellent knowledge of English (my principal work language) and a good knowledge of Spanish.
I have previously offered translation services (typically French to English) to the mineral industry, working on geological texts dealing with mineral deposits and technical reports, as well as mining agreements, exploration/exploitation permit documentation, and mining codes.
