Warum haben Sie sich für AdSense entschieden?
Die Online-Vermarkter können oft die vorhandenen Werbeplätze nicht voll ausbuchen, somit ist Google AdSense eine sehr gute Alternative um den Ertrag einer Website zu steigern. Da bei Google AdSense die Anzeigen passend zum Inhalt der einzelnen Webseiten eingeblendet werden, ist die Nutzung von Adsense, auch aus Sicht der Besucher, eine sinnvolle Ergänzung bei inhaltsreichen und gut besuchten Homepages. Des Weiteren entfällt die zeitaufwendige Akquisition und laufende Verwaltung von Anzeigenkunden.
Was ist Ihr wichtigster Optimierungstipp für AdSense-Publisher?

Try to blend your ads by removing the border and using the same color as the background of your page. With this simple measure you can avoid ad blindness and also considerably boost your revenue.
Does the World Cup have any effects on your AdSense stats?
With the world here on our doorstep in Germany, we've seen very positive effects since we always provide up-to-date content, interactive games for our users, special features and services surrounding the World Cup.
Who is going to win the World Cup?

I work as a freelance translator in Berlin where I mainly translate software, documentation, online-help, training materials and sometimes games and marketing texts. Currently I am specialized in projects for Google but I also translated projects for Microsoft, Apple, Canon, Caterpillar and many smaller companies.
In my last job at Google Ireland I was responsible for the localization project coordination of the AdSense team and proofreading of the German AdSense web-content.
