Source text - Russian ООО _____, именуемое в дальнейшем «Заказчик», в лице Гене-рального директора _______, действующего на основании Устава, с одной стороны, и ЗАО _______, именуемое в дальнейшем «Исполнитель», в лице Ис-полнительного директора _____, действующего на основании дове-ренности №_____, с другой стороны, совместно именуемые «Стороны», а ка-ждая в отдельности – «Сторона», заключили Настоящий Договор, именуемый в дальней-шем «Договор», о нижеследующем:
1. ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРА
1.1 Исполнитель обязуется выполнить в соответствии с требованиями и условиями Договора и своевременно сдать Заказчику, а Заказчик обязуется принять и оплатить работы:
• по разработке Плана локализации и ликвидации аварийных ситуаций (ПЛАС) завода по производству стекловолоконных изоляционных материалов по адресу: _____(в дальнейшем - "завод") согласно требованиям распорядительной документации;
• по разработке Положения о производственном контроле (ППК) завода согласно требованиям распорядительной документации;
• по проведению экспертизы эксплуатационной документации завода с выдачей 2-х экспертных заключений (в части эксплуатации взрывоопасного производственного объекта и в части эксплуатации химически опасного производственного объекта) согласно требованиям безопасности,
• по утверждению заключений экспертизы в Центральном аппарате Ростехнадзора согласно требованиям РД 03-298-99;
• по комплектованию пакета документов для получения лицензий на эксплуатацию взрывоопасных и химически опасных производственных объектов, а также сопровождению процесса их рассмотрения в Ростехнадзоре согласно Положению о лицензировании эксплуатации химически опасных производственных объектов (утв. Постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 14 июля 2006 г. № 429), а также Положению о лицензировании деятельности по эксплуатации взрывоопасных производственных объектов (утв. Постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 04 июня 2002 г. № 382)
1.2 Исполнитель берет на себя обязательства по урегулированию и снятию замечаний, касающихся промышленной безопасности, в адрес Заказчика представителей Ростехнадзора до получения лицензий, а также по представлению интересов Заказчика на Государственной приемочной комиссии.
2. СРОКИ ВЫПОЛНЕНИЯ РАБОТ
2.1 Сроки выполнения работ, указанных в п. 1.1 устанавливаются календарным планом (Приложение №1), который является неотъемлемой частью Договора. Причем работы по этапам №№1,2 проводятся параллельно.
2.2 При несоответствии представленных материалов требованиям, изложенным в Приложении 2 к Договору или непредставлении их в полном объеме в определенные календарным планом сроки, Исполнитель в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней уведомляет Заказчика о необходимости и сроках предоставления материалов и документации в полном объеме. В этом случае срок начала и окончания работ переносится на период времени, необходимый Заказчику для подготовки и передачи всех необходимых материалов и документов в полном объеме.
2.3 Исполнитель обязуется предоставить Заказчику проекты Плана локализации и ликвидации аварийных ситуаций, Положения о производственном контроле, Заключений экспертизы эксплуатационной документации (в срок согласно календарному плану), в том числе перечень замечаний к эксплуатационной документации (в случае их наличия), с тем, чтобы Заказчик смог устранить выявленные замечания или разработать согласованные с Исполнителем мероприятия по устранению замечаний. В этом случае срок начала и окончания работ переносится на период времени, необходимый Заказчику для устранения выявленных замечаний или разработки согласованных с Исполнителем мероприятий по устранению замечаний.
2.4 В случае досрочного выполнения работ Заказчик вправе досрочно принять и оплатить выполненные работы.
3. СТОИМОСТЬ РАБОТЫ И ПОРЯДОК ОПЛАТЫ
3.1 Договорная цена работы устанавливается в сумме _____ рублей, кроме того НДС в размере ______ рублей.
3.2 Оплата услуг Исполнителя происходит следующим образом:
• Авансовый платеж. Заказчик уплачивает Исполнителю предоплату в размере 30% от договорной цены банковским переводом на счет Исполнителя, указанный в п. 11 Договора в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с даты вступления Договора в силу.
• Оплата работ 1-го этапа.
o Заказчик уплачивает Исполнителю 10% от договорной цены банковским переводом на счет Исполнителя, указанный в п. 11 Договора в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с момента представления Заказчику проектов разработанных ПЛАС и ППК завода, согласования Заказчиком данных документов, а также подписания им акта выполненных работ по данному этапу.
• Оплата работ 2-го этапа.
o Заказчик уплачивает Исполнителю 10% от договорной цены банковским переводом на счет Исполнителя, указанный в п. 11 Договора в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с момента представления Заказчику заключений экспертизы эксплуатационной документации, согласования Заказчиком данных документов, а также подписания им акта выполненных работ по данному этапу.
• Оплата работ 3-го этапа.
o Заказчик уплачивает Исполнителю 40% от договорной цены банковским переводом на счет Исполнителя, указанный в п. 11 Договора в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с момента передачи Заказчику ксерокопий лицензий на эксплуатацию взрывоопасных и химически опасных производственных объектов, а также подписания им акта выполненных работ по данному этапу. После получения денег Исполнителем оригиналы лицензий будут переданы с курьером в адрес Заказчика.
o Заказчик уплачивает Исполнителю 10% от договорной цены банковским переводом на счет Исполнителя, указанный в п. 11 Договора в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с момента передачи Заказчику согласованного в Ростехнадзоре ППК завода.
3.3 Оплата производится на основании счетов, выставленных Исполнителем в адрес Заказчика.
3.4 В случае если Исполнитель задержит предоставление счета, Заказчик имеет право задержать предоплату на время, соответствующее задержке предоставления счета Исполнителем.
3.5 Обязательства Заказчика по оплате считаются исполненными с момента зачисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя. В случае задержки предоплаты, срок начала и окончания работ переносится на время задержки.
3.6 В случае своего отказа от выполнения условий данного Договора, Заказчик обязуется оплатить все расходы Исполнителя, связанные с выполнением работы по факту их исполнения.
3.7 Счета-фактуры выставляются Исполнителем в адрес Заказчика в срок до 5-ти дней с момента оказания услуг.
3.8 Право собственности на результат работ по договору переходит к Заказчику с момента подписания акта выполненных работ.
4. ПОРЯДОК СДАЧИ И ПРИЕМКИ РАБОТ
4.1 По завершении работ по этапу Исполнитель представляет Заказчику акт выполненных работ в 2 (двух) экземплярах с приложением к нему документации согласно п. 3.2 настоящего Договора.
4.2 Заказчик в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней со дня получения акта выполненых работ работ и иных вышеуказанных документов обязан направить Исполнителю подписанный акт выполненных работ или мотивированный отказ. В случае мотивированного отказа Заказчика, Сторонами составляется двухсторонний акт с перечнем необходимых доработок и сроков их выполнения.
4.3 В случае неполучения в указанный срок подписанного акта сдачи-приемки работ либо замечаний к нему по истечении 10 (десяти) рабочих дней со дня получения акта выполненных работ Заказчиком, работа считается принятой.
5. ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ СТОРОН
5.1. Исполнитель не имеет права использовать переданные Заказчиком материалы в целях, не предусмотренных настоящим договором.
5.2. За невыполнение или ненадлежащее выполнение обязательств по настоящему договору Исполнитель и Заказчик несут имущественную ответственность в соответствии с действующим законодательством.
5.3. По требованию Исполнителя (при необходимости) Заказчик дополняет и корректирует представленные материалы для выполнения работ.
5.4. Исполнитель обязан своевременно информировать Заказчика о причинах, вызывающих изменение сроков и качества выполняемых работ.
5.5. При обнаружении недостатков в результате работы Исполнитель за свой счёт устраняет эти недостатки в оговорённые с Заказчиком сроки.
5.6. В случае необходимости Исполнитель имеет право в пределах сметной стоимости Договора привлекать субподрядную организацию для выполнении отдельных этапов работ настоящего Договора.
5.7. Заказчик обязуется обеспечить финансирование работ по настоящему Договору и своевременную оплату выполненных работ в соответствии с условиями Договора.
5.8. Заказчик имеет право в любое время проверять ход и качество работы, выполняемой Исполнителем.
5.9 В случае если Исполнитель не выполнит свои обязательства в сроки, указанные в календарном плане (с учетом положений п.п. 2.2. и 2.3. Договора), Заказчик вправе потребовать уплаты пени в размере 0,1% от договорной цены за каждый календарный день просрочки, но не более 10%.
5.10 При расторжении договора по причинам, изложенным в п.п. 7.2 и 7.3 Договора, Исполнитель обязан возвратить уже проведенную оплату, за исключением части, пропорциональной объему выполненных работ.
5.11 Уплата пени не освобождает Стороны от исполнения своих обязательств по Договору.
5.12 Стороны принимают все необходимые меры для разрешения разногласий, возникших в процессе исполнения условий Договора, путем переговоров. Если Стороны не пришли к соглашению в течение 45 (сорока пяти) календарных дней, спорные вопросы решаются в Арбитражном суде по месту нахождения ответчика.
6. КОНФИДЕНЦИАЛЬНОСТЬ
6.1 Заказчик и Исполнитель обязуются не использовать и не разглашать третьим лицам какую-либо информацию, связанную с Договором, в письменной или иной форме (в том числе, но не исключительно: технические данные, планы, технические условия, технологические схемы и чертежи), касающуюся деятельности Сторон, которую они могут получить в ходе работ по Договору.
6.2 Обязательства по конфиденциальности сохраняют свою силу, и после истечения срока действия Договора или его досрочного расторжения в течение последующих 5 (пяти) лет.
7. СРОК И ПОРЯДОК ДЕЙСТВИЯ ДОГОВОРА
7.1 Настоящий Договор вступает в силу с момента уведомления Заказчиком об открытии финансирования после подписания уполномоченными представителями обеих Сторон и действует до ______, а в части расчетов Сторон – до их завершения.
7.2 Договор может быть изменен или расторгнут по обоюдному согласию Сторон.
7.3 Изменение и расторжение Договора в одностороннем порядке одной из Сторон возможно в следующих случаях:
• существенного нарушения другой Стороной условий Договора;
• существенного изменения обстоятельств;
• случаях, предусмотренных действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.
8. ОБСТОЯТЕЛЬСТВА НЕПРЕОДОЛИМОЙ СИЛЫ
8.1 Стороны освобождаются от ответственности за неисполнение или ненадлежащее исполнение обязательств по Договору в случае возникновения обстоятельств непреодолимой силы, которые ни одна из Сторон была не в состоянии предвидеть и/или предотвратить разумными мерами, и которые повлияли на исполнение Сторонами своих обязательств по настоящему Договору.
8.2 К обстоятельствам непреодолимой силы относятся события, на которые Стороны не могут оказать влияния и за возникновение которых они не несут ответственности, например, землетрясения, наводнения, ураганы и другие стихийные бедствия; войны, военные действия, пожары (возникшие не по вине Сторон или третьих лиц), аварии, а также постановления или распоряжения органов государственной власти и управления.
8.3 Сторона, которая не в состоянии выполнить свои обязательства по Договору в силу возникновения обстоятельств непреодолимой силы, обязана в течение 3 (трех) рабочих дней информировать другую Сторону о наступлении таких обстоятельств в письменной форме и сообщить данные о характере обстоятельств, дать оценку их влияния на исполнение и возможный срок исполнения обязательств по Договору.
8.4 Неизвещение и/или несвоевременное извещение другой Стороны согласно п. 8.3 Договора влечет за собой утрату Стороной права ссылаться на эти обстоятельства.
8.5 Подтверждением наличия и продолжительности действия обстоятельств непреодолимой силы будут являться свидетельства, выданные Торгово-промышленной палатой Российской Федерации.
8.6 Если подобные обстоятельства продлятся более 30 (тридцати) дней, то любая из Сторон вправе расторгнуть Настоящий Договор в одностороннем порядке, известив об этом другую Сторону за 5 (пять) дней до даты предполагаемого расторжения.
9. ПРОЧИЕ УСЛОВИЯ
9.1 Все изменения, дополнения и приложения к Настоящему Договору должны быть совершены в письменной форме и подписаны надлежащим образом уполномоченными представителями обеих Сторон. Все изменения, приложения и дополнения, составленные в надлежащей форме и в соответствии с условиями Настоящего Договора, являются его составной и неотъемлемой частью.
9.2 В части, неурегулированной Договором, отношения Сторон по нему регулируются действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.
9.3 В случае если одно или несколько положений Настоящего Договора станут или будут признаны недействительными, то это не затрагивает действительности всех остальных положений Договора и всего Договора в целом.
9.4 Все сообщения, передаваемые Сторонами друг другу, производятся в письменном виде (сопроводительным письмом (при пересылке с курьером), заказным письмом, телеграммой или по факсимильной связи) с отметкой о вручении (получении).
9.5 Настоящий Договор составлен в 2 (двух) экземплярах на русском и английском языках, по 1 (одному) экземпляру каждой Стороне. Оба экземпляра имеют одинаковую юридическую силу.
9.6 В случае изменения у какой-либо из Сторон юридического адреса, названия, банковских реквизитов, она обязана известить другую Сторону об этом письменно в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней.
9.7 С момента подписания Настоящего Договора вся предыдущая переписка и все предшествующие переговоры Сторон по нему теряют юридическую силу.
Translation - English ___, Ltd. hereinafter referred to as «Customer», in the name of Director General ______, acting on the basis of the Charter on the one part and ______, Ltd. hereinafter referred to as «Executer» in the name of Chief Executive ________, acting on the basis of the power of attorney №______ on the other part, together reffered to as the “Parties” and separately as the “Party” have concluded the present contract (hereinafter “Contract”) as follows:
1. Subject of the Contract
1.1 The Executer undertakes to perform in good time the following works in accordance with the requirements and terms of the Contract and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for the works:
• development of Emergencies Localization and Liquidation Plan (ELLP) for the plant producing glass fiber insulation materials located at: _____(hereinafter - "plant") in accordance with the requirements of regulation documentation;
• development of Regulation for Manufacturing Inspection (RMI) for the plant in accordance with the requirements of regulation documentation;
• plant’s operational documentation expertising and making of 2 expert decisions (concerning exploitation of a highly explosive manufacturing department as well as exploitation of chemically dangerous manufacturing department) in accordance with the requirements of safty regulations;
• affirmation of the expertise decisions in the Central Department of Rostechnadzor in accordance with the requirements of RD 03-298-99;
• gathering documents package to obtain licences for exploitation of highly explosive and chemically dangerous manufacturing departments as well as accompaning during their consideration in Rostechnadzor according to Regulations for licencing of exploitation of chemically dangerous manufacturing departments (affirmed by Government Regulation of the Russian Federation № 429 dated July 14, 2006), and Regulations for licencing of exploitation of highly explosive manufacturing departments (affirmed by Government Regulation of the Russian Federation № 382 dated June 04, 2002)
1.2 The Executer shall bear the obligations to settle and withdraw the remarks concerning manufacturing safety, addressed to the Customer by the representatives of Rostechnadzor unless the licences are obtained as well as present Customer’s interests during governmental acceptance inspection.
2. Time terms of the works
2.1 Time terms of the works, stated in clause 1.1 are determined by the calendar plan (Appendix №1), which is an intergal part of the Contract. The works of stages №№1,2 are perfomed simultaneously.
2.2 If the materials presented do not correspond to the requirements, stated in Appendix 2 of the Contract or if they are not presented in full volume in the time terms defined by the calendar plan, the Executer informs the Customer within 5 (five) working days about the necessity and time terms of presenting the materials and documentation in full volume. In this case, the date of beginning and finishing the works is postponed for the period of time necessary for the Customer to prepare and pass over all the required materials and documents in full volume.
2.3 The Executer shall present to the Customer drafts of Emergencies Localization and Liquidation Plan, Regulation for Manufacturing Inspection, operational documentation expertise decisions (in time terms according to the calendar plan) as well as the list of remarks on operational documentation (in case if there are some) so that the Customer could eliminate the revealed remarks or develop measures concerted with the Executer for their elimination. In this case, the date of beginning and finishing the works is postponed for the period of time necessary for the Customer to eliminate the revealed remarks or develop measures concerted with the Executer for their elimination.
2.4 In case of pre-term performance of the works, the Customer has a right to accept and pay for the works done ahead of time.
3. Work values and terms of payment
3.1 Contract works value is determined in the amount of ________ roubles, including VAT amounting ______ roubles.
3.2 Payment for the services of the Executer is made as follows:
• Advance payment. The Customer prepays the Executer in the amount of 30% of the contract value by bank transfer for the Executer’s account mentioned in clause 11 of the Contract within 10 (ten) bank days since the date of Contract effectiveness.
• The 1-st stage works payment.
o The Customer pays the Executer 10% of the contract value by bank transfer for the Executer’s account mentioned in clause 11 of the Contract within 10 (ten) bank days since the date of presenting to the Customer drafts of ELLP and RMI for the plant, reconciliation with the Customer of the mentioned documents and if the later has signed the act of the works done for this stage.
• The 2-nd stage works payment.
o The Customer pays the Executer 10% of the contract value by bank transfer for the Executer’s account mentioned in clause 11 of the Contract within 10 (ten) bank days since the date of presenting to the Customer the operational documentation expertise decisions, reconciliation with the Customer of the mentioned documents and if the later has signed the act of the works done for this stage.
• The 3-rd stage works payment.
o The Customer pays the Executer 40% of the contract value by bank transfer for the Executer’s account mentioned in clause 11 of the Contract within 10 (ten) bank days since the date of presenting to the Customer the licence xerocopies for exploitation of highly explosive and chemically dangerous manufacturing departments and if the later has signed the act of the works done for this stage. As soon as the Executer receives the money, the original licences shall be handed over to the Customer by courier.
o The Customer pays the Executer 10% of the contract value by bank transfer for the Executer’s account mentioned in clause 11 of the Contract within 10 (ten) bank days since the date of presenting to the Customer the plant RMI approved in Rostechnadzor.
3.3 The payment is made on the basis of the invoices issued by the Executer for the Customer.
3.4 In case, if the Executer delays invoice issue, the Customer has a right to hold on prepayment for the time period, corresponding to the Executer invoice issue delay.
3.5 Customer’s payment obligations are considered to be fulfilled since the date of receiving the money on the Executer’s settlement account. In case, if prepayment is delayed, the date of beginning and finishing the works is postponed for the delay period.
3.6 In case, if the Customer refuses to fulfill his contract obligations, he refunds the Executer all the expenses, actually occurred during perfoming of works.
3.7 Invoices are issued by the Executer for the Customer within 5 days since the date of rendering of services.
3.8 The right of ownership for the work results passes to the Customer according to the contract since the date of signing of the act of the works done.
4. The order of works presenting and acceptance
4.1 Finishing the stage works the Executer presents the Customer the act of the works done in duplicate, attaching documentation according to clause 3.2 of the present Contract.
4.2 The Customer has to send to the Executer the signed act of the works done or reasoned rejection within 5 (five) working days since the date of receiving of the act of the works done or other documents mentioned above. In case of Customer’s reasoned rejection, a double-sided act is made with the list of necessary updates and time terms of their performance.
4.3 In case, if no signed act of works acceptance or remarks on it are received within 10 (ten) working days since the date of receiving by the Customer of the act of the works done, the work is considered to be accepted.
5. Responsibilities of the parties
5.1. The Executer has no right to use the materials handed over by the Customer for the purposes that are not stated in the present contract.
5.2. The Executer and the Customer bear the property accountability for nonfulfilment or improper fulfillment of the contract obligations in accordance with current legislation.
5.3. The Customer completes and corrects the materials presented for performing of works on the request of the Executer (if necessary).
5.4. The Executer has to inform the Customer in good time about the reasons caused change in time terms and quality of works performed.
5.5. The Executer eliminates the faults releaved during the work in time terms reconciled with the Customer.
5.6. In case if necessary, the Executer has a right to recruit a subcontracted organisation for performing the some stages of the works, if not exeeding the estimated contract price.
5.7. The Customer undertakes to provide financing of operations and well-timed payment for the works done according to the present Contract.
5.8. The Customer has a right to check in anytime the course and quality of the works done by the Executer.
5.9 In case, if the Executer fails to fulfill his obligations in time terms mentioned in the calendar plan (taking into account clauses 2.2. and 2.3. of the Contract as well), The Customer has a right to claim for penalty fee 0,1% of contract value for every calendar delinquency, but not more than 10%.
5.10 When cancelling the contract according to clauses 7.2 and 7.3 of the Contract, the Executer has to refund the payments made, excluding the part that is proportional to the works done.
5.11 Penalty fee payment doesn’t make the Parties free from their contract obligations.
5.12 The Parties assume all the measures necessary to settle down disagreements, emerged during Contract terms execution, by means of negotiations. If the Parties fail to come to an agreement within 45 (forty five) calendar days, the disputes will be settled in Arbitrage to the address of the respondent.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 The Customer and the Executer undertake not to use and not to disclose to third parties any information, connected to the Contract in writing or otherwise (including, but not exceptionally: the technical data, plans, technical regulations, technical schemes and drawings) concering the activities of the Parties which they may receive while performing contract works.
6.2 The confidentiality obligations are effective as well after expiration of Contract validity period or its pre-term cancellation for the nearest 5 (five) years.
7. Terms of contract effectiveness
7.1 The present Contract comes into effect since the date of informing by the Customer about starting of financing after signing by authorised representatives of both parties and is valid till ________ but as for settling with payments – till their fulfillment.
7.2 The Contract may be changed or cancelled by mutual consent of the Parties.
7.3 Unilateral Contract change and cancellation is possible in the following cases:
• the essential Contract terms breach by one of the Parties;
• the essential change of circumstances;
• in cases, stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. Force majeure
8.1 The Parties are relieved from the responsibility for nonfulfillment or improper fulfillment of the Contract obligations in case if force majeure circumstances occur, which neither of the Parties could foresee and/or prevent by reasonable measures and which influenced their fulfillment of the Contract obligations.
8.2 The force majeure circumstances are events which cannot be influenced by either of the Party and for the occurrence of which the Parties bear no responsibility, for example, earthquakes, floodings, hurricanes and other natural disasters; wars, military operations, fires (that occurred not due to the fault a Party or third persons), averages as well as governmental regulations of public authorities.
8.3 The Party which is unable to fulfill its Contract obligations because of force majeure has to inform the other Party within 3 (three) working days about the event in writing and let to it know about the nature of the circumstances and evaluate the influence on the Contract obligations fulfillment and term time.
8.4 Unnotification and/or untimely notification by a Party makes it void to refer to these circumstances according to clause 8.3 of the Contract.
8.5 The force majeure occurrence and their durability are confirmed by the certificates of Commercial and Industrial Chamber of the Russian Federation.
8.6 In case if such circumstances continue to apply for more than 30 (thirty) days, each of the Parties has the right to cancel the Contract unilaterally, having imformed the other Party within 5 (five) days before the prospective term of this cancellation.
9. Other terms
9.1 All the changes, supplements and appendixes of the present Contract should be made in writing and properly signed by the authorised representatives of each Party. All the changes, supplements and appendixes made properly and in accordance with the present Contract terms are its integral parts.
9.2 Relationships of the Parties, unstipulated by the Contract, are regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.3 If one or several Contract provisions are admitted ineffective, this doesn’t influence the effectiveness of all the rest Contract provisions and the Contract in whole.
9.4 All the notifications, sent by the Parties to each other are made in writing (with a covering letter (when sending by courier), by registered letter, by telegram or by facsimile) with a mark of delivery (perception).
9.5 The present Contract is made in 2 (two) copies in Russian and in Enlish, one copy for each Party. Both copies have equal legal force.
9.6 In case if some Party has changings in its legal address or name or bank requisites, it has to notify the other Party about it in writing within 10 (ten) working days.
9.7 All the previous correspondence and negotiations become ineffective since the date of signing of the present Contract.

Source text - French C’est un musée unique, situé dans le centre même de Saint-Pétersbourg, à côté du Petit Théâtre. Dans l’appartement, où Isaac Israilevitch Brodski (1884-1939), élève de I.E. Repin, a vécu et travaillé les 15 dernières années de sa vie, un musée a été ouvert en 1949. L’auteur des tableaux largement connus « V.I. Lénine à Smolni », des portraits de V.I. Lénine et J.V. Staline était un collectionneur passioné et un fin connaisseur de l’art – en quelques décennies, il a rassemblé une incroyable collection de peintures et de graphiques des éminents maîtres russes venus de tous les horizons – depuis B. M. Koustodiev, I.E. Repin, I.I. Levitan, V.I. Sourikov, V.A. Serov, M.A. Vroubel jusqu’à B.D. Grigoriev, A.E. Iakovlev, M.Z. Chagal. Après la mort de Brodski en 1939, cette remarquable collection a été offerte par sa famille à l’Académie Panrusse des Beaux-Arts, dont Isaac Israilevitch était le directeur depuis l’année 1934. Ayant beaucoup oeuvré au rétablissement du système classique en matière de formation artistique, Brodski – ce que confirme la composition de sa collection- était néanmoins un homme particulièrement large d’esprit dans les arts.
Dans l’appartement-musée de I.I. Brodski, en dehors des productions très connues comme « Maslenitsa » de B.M. Koustodiev, « La fille au bouquet » de I.E. Repin, « La femme à la guitare » de K.A. Korovin, les travaux raffinés de K.A. Somov, « Portrait de F.I. Chaliapin » dans le rôle de Méphistophélès dans l’opéra de C. Gounot « Faust » de A.I. Golovin, « La rue des blondes » et « Portrait de F.I. Chaliapin » de B.D. Grigoriev, sont aussi exposées les propres productions de I.I. Brodski. L’atelier et le salon recréent l’ambiance solennelle qui régnait dans la maison du peintre.
Les oeuvres de l’appartement-musée de I.I. Brodski ont été présentées dans de nombreuses expositions en Russie et à l’étranger.

Упорно работая над восстановлением классической системы художественного строя, Бродский – что подтверждает композиция его коллекции – был также человеком безупречного вкуса в искусстве.
В квартире-музее И.И. Бродского, кроме хорошо известных произведений таких, как « Масленица » Б.M. Кустодиева, « Девочка с букетом » И.E. Репина, « Дама с гитарой » K.A. Коровина, прекрасных работ K.A. Сомова, « Портрет Ф.И. Шаляпина » в роли Мефистофеля в опере Ш. Гуно « Фауст » A.И. Головина, « Улица блондинок » и « Портрет Ф.И. Шаляпина » Б.Д. Григорьева, были также представлены работы самого И.И. Бродского. Мастерская и салон воссоздают торжественную обстановку, царившую в доме художника.

Source text - English IPC modernization.
Modernization of intermediate pressure cylinder implies rehabilitation of the equipment operation reliability and the efficiency increase through the use of the modernized units of the flow part.
There is also a possibility that the life time of some units working under high temperatures is over so supply of new IPC case may be also provisioned as well as the supply of shut off and control valves.
Besides, the following replacements are also provisioned: IP rotor with working blades, diaphragms of stages 1 - 3 and 10 – 11. In the front and rear end seals of the IP rotor the seal rings will be substituted with those containing increased number of ridges. In the diaphragm seals of other stages the seal rings will be substituted with those containing increased number of ridges (Picture 10).
The developed over-shroud gaskets are used at stages 1 - 3 in order to minimize steam leakage.
New diaphragms are welded ones. This ensures dimensional precision when manufactured.
The steam to IPC goes through two stop valves located separately near the turbine and four control valves on the cylinder.
All rotors of the turbine and the generator are connected by solid couplings. It is possible to check the bearings without removing the upper part of cylinder. Thrust bearing is installed between the HPC and IPC, that is from the side of steam admissions to HPC and IPC. The cases of HPC and IPC are mounted on the cases of bearings set on the foundation frames. The LPC case has its claws directly on the foundation frames underpoured in the base.
The fix-point of the turbine is situated on the transverse bent of the LPC’s front exhaust part. The broadening of HPC and IPC is directed at the front bearing of the turbine and the LPC expands towards the generator. The turbine is equipped with a turning gear device (TGD), which rotates the turbine’s rotor with 4.0 rpm. The drive of the device is powered by a 30 kilowatt electric motor. TGD is one of a cam-centrifugal type without gear on the axle. The design of TGD enables the manual turning of the draft shafting when the hydraulic lifting is in process.

Модернизация цилиндра среднего давления заключается в восстановлении работоспособности оборудования и увеличении его эффективности за счет использования усовершенствованных деталей подающей части.
Бывает, что срок службы некоторых частей, работающих при высоких температурах, истек, поэтому возможна замена кожуха ЦСД, а так же запорного и контрольного клапанов.
Кроме того, производится замена следующих частей: ротора СД с рабочими лопастями, диафрагм стадий 1 - 3 и 10 – 11. На переднем и заднем торцевых уплотнениях ротора СД уплотнительные кольца заменяются на кольца с большим количеством выступов. В разделительных диафрагмах других стадий уплотнительные кольца также замененяются на кольца с большим количеством выступов (Рис. 10).
Разработанные защитные прокладки используются на стадиях 1 - 3 для минимизации утечки пара.
Новые диафрагмы являются сварными, что обеспечивает точность размеров при производстве.
Пар, поступающий к ЦСД, проходит через два запорных клапана, отдельно расположенных около турбины и четырех контрольных клапанов на цилиндре.
Все роторы турбины и генератора соединены жёсткими муфтами. Проверка подшипников возможна и без снятия верхней части цилиндра. Упорный подшипник установлен между ЦВД и ЦСД, со стороны подачи пара к ЦВД и ЦСД. Кожухи ЦВД и ЦСД устанавливаются на корпуса подшипников в фундаментных рамах. Кожух ЦНД имеет захваты непосредственно на фундаментных рамах, залитых бетоном в основание.
Точка крепления турбины расположена на поперечной раме передней выхлопной части ЦНД. Расширение ЦВД и ЦНД направлено на передний подшипник турбины, а ЦНД расширяется в сторону генератора. Турбина имеет вращающий механизм (ВМ), который вращает ротор турбины со скоростью 4 об./мин. Привод механизма имеет электромотор 30 кВт. ВМ является одном из кулачково-центробежных механизмов без редуктора на оси. Конструкция ВМ позволяет вручную вращать силовую передачу во время работы гидроподъемника.
