Re: Italian/Brazilian Portuguese Freelance Translator & Interpreter


I am a simultaneous interpreter and translator and have been working on a freelance basis from Brazil and Italy since 1980.

Besides the large amount of conferences undertaken as an interpreter I have also worked on written translation in many subjects such as IT, Finance, Marketing, Media, Commerce, Fashion and Politics for companies and private individuals.

I have also taught at Yasigy and Fisk schools of English language in São Paulo, Brazil during the 80’s.

My experience of simultaneous interpretation covers more than 800 conferences in Brazil and Italy.

In addition, I have also worked for a period of 2 years at the Itamaraty, the Brazilian Ministry of External Relations, gaining experience on consecutive/simultaneous interpretation for bilateral relations, missions abroad and political groups and organizations and foreign trade, working also on written translation for speeches, articles and interviews.
