Quotation method:
Please submit a representative sample of your source document for a more accurate price quotation, which will be based on the word count in English. Quotations for proof-reading or editing is usually half the cost of translation and based on my estimate of the time required and the extent of review expected.

Acceptance conditions:
As a Senior Practitioner member of AUSIT, I am obliged not to accept works that are beyond the level of my expertise; moreover, unless I know you, I will accept your job offer only when you send me your Purchase Order AND an amount of deposit according to the payment terms below. Only Australian businesses or persons will be charged a 10% GST as I am an Australian Business Entity. A tax invoice would be issued to you in that case.
Terms of trade:
For small projects with values less than US$100: Payment of 50% deposit upon acceptance of work, and payment of the remaining 50% when translation is ready for delivery.
For projects with values greater than US$100: Payment of 25% deposit upon acceptance of work, payment of the next 25% when work is completed halfway, and the payment of the final 50% when the translation is ready for delivery. Payment Methods
