I originate from China (Shanghai) and am 28 years old. I already
graduated as a bachelor of law in China and am about to complete my
studies (Graduation certificate "Master of Law") at the University of
Berne in Switzerland, where I am enrolled in the 11th term. My
specialization will be "international and European Law". I am aiming
for a position with an international corporation. I feel I can
particularly contribute to your firm's transactions with China with
my knowledge and background.

I work well in a team and make a point of being flexible and honest. I
am experienced as a Sales and Marketing Manager at a plastics factory
in Ruian, China and as a trainee within a Swiss law firm. I had
opportunity to acquire business and legal knowledge, especially in
area of foreign investment, and to strengthen my interpersonal skills.
I learned to work as part of different types of organizations in a
goal-oriented manner and with unconditional commitment, making the
best of what is at hand.

I am fluent in spoken and written English, German and Chinese. When I
graduated as a Bachelor of Law from Xi'an University, China, I had
successfully taken the national examination for English stage 4. Later
in Switzerland I also took the Swiss universities' entry English
examination and passed the final test of English for Academic Writing,
which corresponds to level B2/C1 in the Common European Framework. I
am certified at the central upper stage of the Goethe Institute (ZOP)
for German. I further have experience with MS Office and other common
PC knowledge.

My studies is just completed by March of this year. I
would be highly interested in taking part in your project in China.
