Bio
My name is Blanca, I was born in the United States of Brazilian parents. As such, I am fluent in both languages. My area of expertise: idioms, slang, general business correspondence and contracts, from Portuguese into English.

I started teaching translation techniques in 1979 at a school in Rio de Janiero called Brasas. I now do freelance work for a company in Brazil, from my home here in La Bocana, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

I am now fluent in Spanish and conversant in Polish. My passion for languages has led me to study French, Italian and Russian.
