I am not a professional translator, I simply do a lot of translations (French to English mostly) for the company I work for, which is a firm of loss adjusters. Most of the translations I do are reports (sometimes quite technical) which are subsequently used by insurers for assessing their liability in the settlement of a claim. I also translate legal documents (legal opinions, court rulings, for example).
