Being a native Beijing resident with a bachelor's degree of English and a Master's in Education from an American university, together with a Mississippi teaching certificate, my work experience in recent years has been involved in teaching English to native American kids in the State of Mississippi as well as Chinese students in Beijing. Before the year of 2001, I had worked as a translator at a Chinese state owned plant where the dual fields of electronics and chemistry happened to be concerned. Now I would like to take up a freelance translation/interpreting job since language has always been my passion, and I consider the sport of "Go for the best word" a grind stone to sharpen my billingual skills. If any job comes up, quality would always be the priority by which I mean authentic language, elegant wording, and eye-catching for the native speakers. I would continue working my path toward perfection and enjoy every mental thrill resulted from each sucessful wording. I wouldn't mind taking up jobs from the ground level, yet offering the best I can. |
