We noticed it first among the crowds on our rough-and-tumble shopping street, Hol- loway Road, where there were suddenly a lot more women with covered heads: some wore a colourful hijab, others the white veil popular among East Africans, still others the heavy black chador, and occasionally by the bus shelter a pair of eyes would peer from a narrow slit in the all-concealing black sack of a Saudi-style abaya and niqab. Whatever their head- dress, these women tended to have a lot of children with them.
Translation - Arabic منذ قرابة خمس عشرة سنة انقضت، كان حي لندن الذي أقطن فيه قد أخذ يتغيَّر. وأول ما لاحظنا ذلك؛ لاحظناه في تجمعات الناس في شارعنا "هولواي رود" الوعر غير الممهد المخصص للتسوق، حيث كان هناك جمعٌ غفير من النسوة وقد غطين رؤوسهن: بعضهن كن يرتدين حجابًا ملونًا، وأخريات كن يرتدين الخمار الأبيض الشائع بين سكان شرق أفريقيا؛ بينما ارتدت أخريات الشادور (الإسدال) الأسود السميك، وأحيانًا كنت تجد عند محطة الحافلات سيدة بعينين محدّقتين تنظران من فتحة ضيقة في الرداء الأسود الذي يكسو كامل البدن ويتكون من عباءة ونقاب على الطراز السعودي. وأيًا كان ما ترتدينه تلك النسوة على رؤوسهن؛ فإن غالبيتهن كن محاطات بعدد كبير من الأطفال.

Translation - Arabic حيث إن المؤمن عليه، المذكور في الملحق المرفق بهذه البوليصة، قد تقدم بطلب لشركة (شركات) التأمين، المذكورة في هذه البوليصة، وقام بسداد، أو وافق على سداد، قسط التأمين المحدد في الملحق، كمقابل للتعويض الذي سيرد ذكره في هذه البوليصة فيما بعد هنا.
لذا فقد تقرر بموجب هذه البوليصة أنه فيما يتعلق بالحوادث التي تقع خلال فترة التأمين، أو خلال أية فترة لاحقة قد تقبل بخصوصها شركة (شركات) التأمين، أو توافق على قبول، أقساط تأمين، توافق شركة (شركات) التأمين على تقديم تأمين على النحو وفي الحدود المحددة في هذه البوليصة.
