I have good knowledge of Payroll, Finance,HR, Administration and Pensions within an educational environment( Human Resources' degree and I am qualified as Marketing Specilist)
My previous roles were very demanding in which I have to be efficient,organised and able to prioritise effectively whist remaining calm under pressure. I have a flexible and adaptable approach to work especially at busy times.
I am patient, diplomatic, able to make decisions and use my own initiative when necessary.
I have a good knowledge of IT packages including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point and a bespoke in house database system. I also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
