一天凌晨， 一位身在异地的客人打来长途电话，透过其焦急的语气，赵雯颖(Enya Zhao)意识到客人一定遇到了巨大的困难。原来客人暂时离开北京去外地出差，但由于疏忽，忘记携带一份文件，这份文件将用于一早的重要谈判，他急需有人帮助取得。赵雯颖(Enya Zhao)迅速确认客人信息，核实客人身份，联系相关部门来到客人房间，半小时后，终于找到了这份至关重要的文件，并传真给客人。收到文件后的客人向她表达深深的感谢，对于她专业的服务进行了由衷地赞扬。

Consistent quality service
Enya Zhao is an exceptionally qualified manager at the client service center, providing assistance and service to various clients over the phone on a daily basis. She has encountered countless client related issues during the six years she has worked here, and has always keenly delivered satisfying solutions; her work has always been an inspiration for those around her.
A phone call came one morning from a client who was out of town, through a brief conversation and his anxious tones, Enya realized that the client was facing great difficulties. The client had an unexpected assignment outside of Beijing, and in his hasty leave an important document crucial to a negotiation was left behind. Enya quickly verified the client’s information, confirmed his identity, contacted the appropriate department and retrieved the document from the clients hotel room within half an hour. The client received the document via fax in the timely manner, and was appreciative of her professionalism.
Another client had a quarrel with a taxi driver due to an unusually high amount of taxi fare for the ride taken, and called for assistance from the hotel. Enya volunteer to assist in the negotiation, and upon her inquiries, she found out that due to traffic in a particular area, the driver had taken an alternative route, hence the higher taxi fare. She successfully resolved the conflict, and both the client as well as the taxi driver was pleased.
Enya received a phone call from a Spanish women at the airport, look for the number of a travel agency; based on her experience, Enya realized that she was in trouble, and her broken English did not help. Therefore Enya not only provided her the number the client inquired, she also provided additional assistance. The client had reserved a room through the travel agency, but the agency did not confirm the reservation, and had failed to arrange the airport pick up. It was the client’s first time in Beijing, and was alone in a stressful situation. Enya therefore quickly confirmed her reservation, and contacted the airport taxi services after giving the client precise information on the location of the hotel as well as taxi fare. Upon the client’s arrival, she requested to see Enya at once, held her hands and expressed her appreciation in a language that is universal.
Enya is one of many excellent staff we have on board, her devotion to excellence sets her apart from the rest. She treats each client with consistent patience and enthusiasm, and her caring and warmth is felt in person as well as over the phone. Her excellence had won over her clients, gained their trust, and brought back even more returning customers for the hotel, giving the hotel a wonderful reputation.
