And for some reason, small investors tend to buy at the top of the market and end up selling with losses. We are all told that we should be long-term investors; that investments in stocks and real estate will eventually pay off. This might be true, but what if you need to sell when the market is in a downward spiral? You will end up by losing money. So, by adding new investment categories to your portfolio, you will increase your chances of getting a decent return on your investments and being less dependent on good times.

Red-eye reduction lamp lights for approximately one second before main flash. Pupils in subject’s eyes to contract, reducing “red-eye” effect sometimes caused by flash. Owing to one-second shutter-release delay, this mode is not recommended with moving subjects or in other situations in which quick shutter response is required. Avoid moving camera while red-eye reduction lamp is lit.
Red-eye reduction with slow sync
Combines red-eye reduction with slow sync. Use for portraits taken against a backdrop of night scenery. Available only in programmed auto and aperture-priority auto exposure modes. Use of a tripod is recommended to prevent blurring caused by camera shake.
