I am a free-lance translator working home-office for eight years. I have a BA degree in translation/interpretation from a reputable Turkish University (Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey). After graduation, I worked for 7 years for a local company, RAKS, based in Izmir, employed as a translator. Then, I worked for NATO as Translator/Interpreter with Cosmic Top Secret Clearance for seven years (having passed a detailed examination). When my post with NATO was cancelled within the scope of a wide-scale international reorganization, I chose to start working free-lance and set up my own company.
