I am a professional freelance translator with a training in English and German. Besides, I am Official English Translator duly appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I have more than six years experience in this field and, among others, the main subjects I am specialised in are technical instruction books, official translations and literature.
My best work has been the translation of the novel by Hester Browne, "The Little Lady Agency", into Spanish, "La agencia Little Lady", Ed. Arcopress.
Concerning official translations I have translated all kind of documents related to Administrative Law (marriage/birth/death certificates, inheritance/purchase deeds, articles of association/incorporations, contracts, etc.). With regard to technical translations, I have mostly translated machinery instruction books and user manuals.
Thanks to the experience acquired through all this years and a sound sense of compromise, I guarantee quickness, quality and professionalism.
Translating is the activity I have always loved doing, and therefore, I would like to enter into other fields such as, for instance, literary translation –which would help as well to develop my abilities.
