Translation - English A Fight of International Scale
The Russian prosecutor general herself decided to put on trial muscovite Yevgeni Dogaev, arrested on December 28th, 2006 in Prague for a drunken fight aboard an airplane of the company “Aeroflot.” The corresponding request of the department was sent to the Czech colleagues. By the way, in his home country he will be charged practically like a terrorist. In fact, it’s possible that the first verdict of this case will be heard in the Czech Republic.
Airplane “Aeroflot” A-321, onboard which were loacated 168 passengers, took off from the Sheremetyevo airport on schedule at 10am on December 28th. Of course, the final destination of the plane was Geneva, but for the majority of the Russians on this flight, it was the Swiss Mountain Key Resort. One of these vacationers was a 32-year old businessman from Moscow, Yevgeni Dogaev. In fact, it seems he started using alcohol to relax not long before the beginning of the flight, and directly during it.
When the “Aerobus” was at the height of 11 km, according to the eye-witnesses, a “big man” with a package in his hands, sitting in the middle section of coach, got up and went towards one of the stewards. Dogaev declared to the steward that he could not fly to Geneva, because he wanted to go to Egypt. Apparently, finding the steward not understanding, Dogaev punched him and went to business class, after which he approached the door to the cockpit and tried to open it.
