Bio
I have a major in Business Management. I work in a University's Food Service Department, in the area of nutrition and quality assurance, where I got experience in quality management, ISO 9001, nutrition and catering.
Part of my work consist in writing, translating and/or edit (or proofread) documents for events, training courses, web pages, and the advertising of our services.
Also, I'm an avid reader in Spanish and English, and have some experience in writing short fiction stories.
