The instructions given in this section should be carefully followed when transporting the
machine. This operation may include the following situations:
• Storage of the machine.
• Initial installation of the machine.
• Re-location of the machine.
Transport conditions
The machine and its equipment can be transported in the following ways, according to the
customer's requirements:
• In an "Open-Top" container.
• In a wooden box pallet
• By road vehicle.
• In each of these cases, before transport or handling, the various accessories must be
packed and fastened to the machine.
NOTE Follow standard precautions to avoid collisions and tipping over..
Symbols on the machine packing
The following symbols are shown on the machine packing:
• Handle with care.
• Centre of gravity.
• Hooking point.
• Store in a dry place.
• This side up.
• CE marking.
Lifting
DANGER • It is forbidden to climb onto the machine and/or its packing or stop and/or pass under the machine during handling.
• Access to the lifting and handling area is denied to all personnel except those directly involved in the operations.
• All operators should remain at a safe distance in order to avoid being hit by the machine or any of its parts which may accidentally fall.
•Before starting the lifting operations the whole of the machine handling area, including the parking area for the means of transport and the machine installation area, should be identified and inspected in order to detect any potentially hazardous areas.
• Use a bridge crane, a crane or a forklift truck with adequate lifting capacity. The use of inadequate lifting equipment may cause damage to the machine or injury to personnel.
• Check that the hoisting cables or ropes are equipped with bell and have the label which contains all the manufacturer's details and that the lifting capacity is clearly stated.
• Check the cables or ropes before each lifting operation. Do not use these if they are damaged or worn or have broken strands or wires.
• Never twist or knot ropes or cables. Always follow the instructions supplied by the manufacturer.
• Follow the same precautions when using chains or belts.

Box pallet/container on the platform of the vehicle
The box pallet /container should be unloaded from the vehicle using the hoisting equipment in the following way:
1. Insert the cables or ropes under the box pallet and attach them to the hook of the
crane/bridge crane. If the machine is packed in a container insert the hooks of the chains
into the appropriate brackets.
2. Lift the box pallet /container just enough to be able to unload it.
3. Position the box pallet /container in the planned position.
Box pallet/container on the ground
The box pallet/container should be handled using the hoisting equipment in the following way:
1. Insert the cables or ropes under the box pallet and attach them to the hook of the
crane/bridge crane. If the machine is packed in a container insert the hooks of the chains
into the appropriate brackets.
2. Lift the box pallet/container just enough to be able to handle it.
3. Position the box pallet/container in the planned position for unpacking.
Equipment for hoisting and handling the packed machine.
The following equipment is required to hoist the machine:
• Crane/bridge crane with adequate lifting capacity.
• 20 dia. type "RR" rope/cable with fibre core.
• BK-10 type safety hook.

PERICOLO • E’ vietato salire sulla macchina e/o sull’imballo, sostare e/o passare
sotto la stessa durante la movimentazione.
• E’ vietato l’accesso all’area di sollevamento e movimentazione a tutti i
non addetti all’operazione.
• Tutti gli operatori devono mantenere una distanza di sicurezza per
evitare di essere colpiti in caso di caduta della macchina o di sue parti.
• Prima di iniziare le operazioni, identificare e controllare tutta l’area di
movimentazione della macchina compresa quella di stazionamento del
mezzo di trasporto e quella di installazione della macchina, in modo tale
da rilevare la presenza di punti pericolosi.
• Utilizzare un carroponte, o una gru o un carrello elevatore a forche di
• Controllare che le funi di sollevamento siano dotate di campanella,
abbiano l’etichetta riportante tutti i dati del costruttore e che la portata sia
chiaramente leggibile.
• Ispezionare le funi prima di utilizzarle: non devono presentare danni,

Definizione
La legamentite ileo-lombare è una sindrome dolorosa lombare, spesso irradiata nella fossa iliaca o lungo l'arto inferiore omolaterale e caratterizzata dalla presenza di un tipico punto doloroso alla pressione nella zona postero-mediale della cresta iliaca.
Eziologia
La localizzazione del punto doloroso alla pressione ha indotto i vari autori a pensare che sia coinvolto il legamento ileo-lombare.
Ciò nonostante, non bisogna dimenticare che nella stessa area si inserisce un gran numero di tendini: del muscolo gran dorsale, del muscolo multifido, del muscolo quadrato dei lombi, del muscolo lunghissimo del torace (parte lombare) del muscolo ileo-costale, del muscolo trasverso-spinale e dell'ultimo muscolo inter-trasversario.
Anatomia
Il legamento ileo-lombare prende origine dal processo trasverso di L5 mediante due fasci : un fascio anteriore e un fascio posteriore. Il fascio anteriore del legamento è corto, largo e piatto. Esso trae la sua origine dalla zona anteriore ed inferiore dell'apice del processo trasverso di L5 e va ad inserirsi nella tuberosità iliaca.
Il fascio posteriore del legamento, invece, trae la sua origine proprio dall'apice del processo trasverso di L5, ha un diametro di circa 1-3 mm e, prima di inserirsi sulla cresta iliaca, si espande come un piccolo cono.
L'esistenza di una componente del legamento ileo-lombare ad origine del processo trasverso di L4 è molto controversa.

Definition
The ilio-lumbar legamentitis is a painful lumbar syndrome, often radiated into the iliac fossa or along the homolateral lower limb and characterised by a typical tender point in the postero-medial area.
Etiology
The location of the tender point has led the authors to believe that the ilio-lumbar ligament was involved.
Notwithstanding, it should be taken in consideration that in the same area a large number of tendons are inserted: the latissimus dorsi, multifidus, quadratus lumborum, longissimus thoracis (lumbar part) iliocostalis, transversospinalis and the last intertransversarii.
Anatomy
Ilio-lumbar ligament originates from the L5 transverse process through two bends: anterior and posterior bend. The anterior bend of the ligament is short, wide and flat. It originates from the anterior and inferior area of the apex of the L5 transverse process and inserts into the iliac tuberosity.
On the contrary, the posterior bend of the ligament originates exactly from the apex of the L5 transverse process, has a diameter of about 1-3 mm and, before inserting in the iliac crest, expands like a little cone.
The origin of the ilio-lumbar ligament from the L4 transverse process is very controversial.
