More than eleven years professional work and study experience abroad (Croatia, Russia, Slovenia, Bulgaria), e.g. I worked 4 years as an editor for the german newspaper Moskauer Deutsche Zeitung (Moscow German Newspaper) in Moscow; from 2005 to 2011 I was mostely based in Zagreb, Croatia, where I work as a freelance journalist for different German media (radio, tv, print) and as well as a translator. Since 4/2011 I m based in Munich, Germany.
Also I have written and updated several tour-guides (Russia, Croatia - e.g. "Baedeker Russland - Europäischer Teil", DuMont Bildatlas "Kroatische Küste"), as well I have translated some websites for the tourist industrie. So I have a profound knowledge about the tourist industry. As an author I wrote a book about intercultural traps in Russia: "Fettnäpfchenführer Russland" (published in sept. 2010).
I grew up bilingual (Croatian and German), in Germany. There I spent most of my live.
