Disiplin mahkemesi; tugay ve daha büyük (Deniz ve Hava Kuvvetleri ile Jandarma Genel ve Sahil Güvenlik Komutanlığında eşidi) kıt’a, karargâh ve askerî kurumlar ile Millî Savunma Bakanlığı Müsteşarlığı teşkilâtında kurulur. Sahil Güvenlik Komutanının, Jandarma Genel Komutanının, kuvvet komutanlarının ve Millî Savunma Bakanlığı Müsteşarının göstereceği lüzum üzerine veya doğrudan doğruya Genelkurmay Başkanlığınca, diğer komutanlıklar, karargâhlar veya askerî kurum amirlikleri teşkilâtında da disiplin mahkemesi kurulabilir.

PROCEDURE OF ESTABLISHMENT AND TRIAL OF DICSIPLINARY COURTS
Establishment:
Article 1- (Amended: 12/6/2003-4895/1 art.)
Disciplinary court is set up by brigade and superior detachment (Naval and Air Forces and Gendarmie General and Coast Guard Command equivalent), headquarters and military institutions and Undersecretariat for Ministry of Defense. Disciplinary court may as well be set up upon the call of Coast Guard Commander, Gendarmie General Commander, Force commanders and Undersecretary for Ministry of Defense; or within the organization of other commands, headquarters or military institution authorities directly by the Genaral Staff.
