Recent translation work in gastronomy, leisure, tourism and legal texts. Originally from New Mexico with a Spanish heritage, I am from a multicultural background and am a fluent Spanish speaker. I am a certified TEFL instructor and have a high grammatical awareness and have extensive experience in teaching English as a foreign language in the United States as well as Spain. I have a BA in English with a focus in law and minor in Spanish and have worked and lived abroad in both Spain and Brazil. My previous jobs include: tourism and leisure, art and gallery work, English teaching and translation, and international social work.
