I am a Ghanaian born in Accra and a holder of a diploma certificate in Translation from the University of Ghana, Legon and a DES ien French from the Université Cheick Anta Diop, Dakar Senegal. I am the in-house translator at the Alabama-based IFDC's Africa Division located in Lome Togo. I am the only translator for IFDC-Africa Division's offices in over 8 countries in the West African sub-region.
I am also very active in the freelance where I cover other fields especially related to social science, agribusiness, political science and business.
I have been at this post since 1999. I work for IFDC under a proofreader (a french poet) who has strengthened my translation into French: See www.ifdc.org for samples of my translations into French, especially IFDC Newsletters and Corporate Reports.
I move to any country within the sub-region whenever IFDC has to begin a new project.
I am also a member of ''Transbureau'', a translation agency of the Institute of Languages, Ghana where as a fresh graduate I had the opportunity to work alongside seasoned translators and interpreters.
