8.0 Termination for Default and Term of the Agreement
On or prior to the seventeenth (17th) anniversary of the License Date, each Party shall deliver to the other Party a written notice indicating whether the Party delivering the notice desires to extend the term of this Agreement beyond the twentieth (20th) anniversary of the License Date for a period of at least ten (10) additional years. If both Parties deliver a notice indicating a desire to extend this Agreement, then, subject to obtaining any required governmental approvals, this Agreement shall be extended for the period agreed upon by the Parties or, absent such agreement, for the shorter of the two extension periods indicated in the notices delivered by the Parties.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the other agreements referred to herein embody the entire agreement of the parties as to the subject matter contained in this Agreement. There are no promises, terms, conditions or obligations between the Parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement other than those contained in this Agreement, and the other agreements referred to herein.
