Bio
Like anyone that grew up with two native languages (Spanish and English), I have interpreted since I can remember. I graduated from RL Turner High School in Farmers Branch Texas in 1991. I joined the Army that same year and trained as a Legal Specialist, serving until 1996. During that time my main job was military law, though my commanders made ample use of my bilingual skill, most notably in Guantanamo, Cuba where in managed a crew of 40 Cuban workers.

In 1996 I returned home and got to work on my degree. I graduated in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance, minoring in Japanese (Southern Methodist University). During these years I worked part time as a translator, interpreter, and language instructor. Translations included medical and general business. Much of the terminology I had learned in EMT training taken while in the Army and business language and concepts learned at SMU.

After graduation I moved on to Real Estate investing while continuing to take on the occasional language assignment. In 2007 I received a call requesting assistance with aviation interpretation (flight education to be exact). I was referred by a friend who knew I had been a Cadet with the Civil Air Patrol while in high school. Turned out to be more fun than I had had in long time.

For the last year I have steadily accepted more and more aviation interpretations. I hope you will keep me in mind for flight interpretations and translations.
