Important Message to Providers

During the last months, Able Translations Ltd. has been in the process of optimizing its internal processes and implementing a new workflow management system. This system encompasses not only project management, but also data transfer and storage, provider and client communications, as well as accounting.

Due to unforeseen implementation difficulties, the migration and integration of our old accounting system into the new system was delayed, which resulted in delays in the processing and payment of certain providers’ invoices. Also, not all our providers have learned how to use the system at the same pace. Some delays also occurred due to providers’ late entries and errors.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused by all these implementation problems. Please note that Able Translations Ltd. has now settled most of our providers’ outstanding invoices and continue to work hard to bring our accounts up to date as soon as possible. We are also very close to resolving other remaining system implementation issues. Once we get through this transition stage, you will realize that our system allows you to work more efficiently, and that when you submit your invoices and they are authorized, they go directly to our accounting system for payment. You will now be able to review your upcoming work, post your availability, and monitor your invoicing activity on-line in real time.

Able Translations Ltd. offers training and support. It is the providers’ responsibility to familiarize with our systems and seek training and support when required. A Webex group training on Beetext will take place soon upon completion of the system implementation process.
