Bio
Born in Shepparton, Australia, on 21 December 1942. Have worked as research student in organic chemistry, and as teacher of Chemistry, Maths, Physics, General Science, Information Technology, French, German. I had three years in East Africa as a student and as a teacher (1967 - 70); learnt some Swahili.
I specialise in translating technical and scientific documents.

I have translated documents from French or from German into English; these have been patent applications, and instruction manuals for electronic control of a gas turbine, vehicle appliances and computer software.
I have usually been paid at the rate of Aust$18.00 (US $ 10 - 12) per hundred English words.
