Source text - German Sollten Verzögerungen (z.B. aufgrund von Arbeiten an den Strom-, Wasser-, Gas-, Telefonnetzwerken, etc. durch dazu vom Staat oder sonst befähigten Gesellschaften oder Personen oder aus jeglichen anderen Grund) auftreten, die nicht auf einem Verschulden des Konzessionsnehmers beruhen, wird die Frist für die Inbetriebnahme der Investition um die Dauer dieser Verzögerungen verlängert und gleichzeitig wird die Verlängerung der Gültigkeitsdauer der Baugenehmigung beantragt.
Translation - Romanian Termenul de punere in functiune a Investitiei se va prelungi in cazul in care apar intarzieri neimputabile Concesionarului (lucrari de modificare structuri retele electrice, apa, gaz, telefoane etc efectuate de regiile abilitate ale statului sau de orice persoana competenta in acest sens sau din orice alt motiv), concomitent cu solicitarea si aprobarea prelungirii valabilitatii autorizatiei de construire, cu perioada duratei acestor intarzieri.

Bio
I have learnt German in kindergarden and attended the German school in Medias, a small town in Transylvania, in the center of Romania. Then I have studied German and English at the University of Bucharest at the specialized section for translators, interpreters and terminologists and I have a master's degree in conference interpreting at the University of Bucharest.
I have worked as a translator and office manager for an Austrian business law firm and have mainly done translations in the field of business law and economics in general both into and from Romanian, German and English.
I am currently collaborating as an interpreter with the Romanian Court of Accounts within a Twinning Convention financed by Phare fonds, mainly in the fields of performance audit, privatisation, fight against fraud and corruption.
As a translator I continue to collaborate with law firms, construction firms or translation agencies.
I enjoy working as a translator and interpreter in the passionate search for the adequate rendition of meaning, as a bridge between cultures and ideas.
