Source text - English nuestra división enfocada a Recursos humanos sabemos que nuestro principal objetivo es atraer, motivar y retener al personal que las organizaciones necesitan. Para efectos de esta solicitud nos dedicaremos a identificar y cubrir las necesidades de personal en su empresa y como una segunda fase si así lo requieren concentrarnos integralmente en la contratación del mismo, su capacitación, la evaluación de su desempeño y la administración de su remuneración.
II. METODOLOGÍA
a) Nuestro reclutamiento es realizado de acuerdo al perfil requerido mediante telemarketing, Internet, intercambio de base de datos de candidatos y de la cartera vigente con la que contamos.
b) Posteriormente se realizan entrevistas a los candidatos que nos permitan depurar la base inicial y así tener un filtro de personas que aún más se apeguen a dicho perfil. Estas entrevistas son realizadas por ejecutivos con experiencia en selección de personal a todos los niveles.
c) Se presenta una preselección de candidatos para una segunda entrevista que ya será realizada directamente por ustedes para la toma de decisión acerca del candidato(s) más idóneo(s) para el puesto.
d) Por cada persona requerida se presentarán de 3 a 4 candidatos para tener mayor opción de elegir al idóneo.
e) Si el candidato es una de las mejores opciones para la empresa procedemos a la aplicación de los exámenes psicométricos y la investigación Laboral.
f) Se integran expedientes y el proceso continúa con la contratación del personal seleccionado de acuerdo a los requisitos y lineamientos proporcionados por la empresa.
g) Cuando la empresa decide que el candidato es el idóneo para ocupar el puesto se aplica el estudio socio-económico antes de notificarle que ha sido aceptado por la empresa.
III. PERFIL
A continuación describimos como debe ser proporcionado el perfil solicitado, para facilitar y hacer efectiva nuestra labor:

Translation - Spanish our division focused in Human resources knows that our main objective is to attract, motivate, and restrain the employees needed by an organization. For this application’s effects we will devote ourselves to identify and cover the employees needs in side your company and as a second stage, if they want it, we will focus completely in the employee’s contracting, training, the evaluation of his/her performance, and the management of his/her payment.
II. Methodology
a) Our recruitment is made according to the qualifications requiring through telemarketing, Internet, candidates’ database and our current portfolio interchange.
b) The candidates’ interviews are made subsequently; it allows us to debug the initial database and to have a people filter that really gets the most accurate qualification. These interviews are made by experienced executives in order to choose all level employees.
c) A candidate’s pre-selection is made in order to get a second interview which will be already made directly by you to take a decision about the most appropriate candidate for the post.
d) There will be from 3 to 4 candidates for each person required in order to have a bigger choice to find the right one.
e) If the candidate is one of the best options to the company we continue with the application of the psychometrical tests and the working investigation.
f) The files are integrated and the process continues with the selected employees contracting according to the requirements and guidelines given by the company.
g) When the company decides which candidate is the ideal to get the post a socioeconomics study is made before informing him/her that he/she has been accepted by the company.
