My name is Matt Huddleston and I have been the Spanish Translator and Interpreter for an area education agency since 1997. My duties include translation and interpretation between the AEA, schools and the Spanish-speaking families we serve as well as the assessment of native Spanish-speaking student's Spanish language abilities in the fourteen counties that the AEA covers in northern and central Iowa.

I also do free-lance translating and interpreting when I'm "off the clock" and during the months of June and July, when I am not on contract with the AEA. If you are interested in hiring me to do some translation or interpretation work, please send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I charge $0.25 US per word for translations with a minimum charge of $25.00 US per page of text. (a lower rate can be discussed for longer translations) My interpretation fee is $50.00 per hour.

The languages I translate are English, Spanish and German.
