Source text - Russian Мониторинг проводится каждые три месяца с привлечением специалиста по мониторингу, польского партнера и руководителя проекта. Руководитель проекта собирает ежемесячные совещания участников проекта и представителей поддерживающих организаций (Центр СПИД, Управление социального развития), где проводимые мероприятия оцениваются на предмет соответствия намеченному графику. Среди участников образовательной части проекта и занятий в группах проводится анкетирование до и после обучения. Критериями эффективности семинара является позитивное изменение уровня информированности, толерантности, готовность к изменению поведения и групповая динамика. Выводы по групповой работе в целом формулируются на основе оценок, данных участниками и, тренерами в специальных анкетах обратной связи. Анкетирование и журнал анализ учета обращений проводится для оценки консультационной помощи и поддержки.
Translation - English The monitoring is held every 3 months featuring the monitoring specialist, Polish partner, and the project leader. The project leader organizes the monthly meetings of the project participants and the representatives of the supporting organizations (AIDS Centre, Social development department), where the activities are evaluated on accordance to the pre-set schedule. The pre-and post educational questionnaire test is held among the participants of the educational part of the project and the participants of the group work. The criteria of the seminar’s efficiency are the positive change of the awareness level, tolerance, readiness to the behaviour change, group dynamics. The conclusions on the group work are made on the whole upon the evaluation of the participants and trainers in the special feedback questionnaires, the questionnaires and the logging of suggestions and complaints are provided for the evaluation of the counselling support and help.
