20. Severability. In the event that any of the provisions; or portions thereof, of this Agreement are held to be unenforceable or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforcement of the remaining provisions or portions thereof shall not be affected.
21. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
22. Notice. Any notice or demand required or permitted shall be deemed delivered three (3) business days after it is sent by expedited international signature courier service, if addressed to the parties as noted above.
