laws and secondary legislation: mainly on securities, banking and business regulation, natural resources, property and telecommunications; also, occasionally, issues relating to individual liberties, freedom of conscience and religious association etc.;
company documents: all types of documents involved in establishing a company, issuing shares, company management, merger, bankruptcy and liquidation;
commercial litigation documents.
(1996-7) 'Business in Russia' magazine: translated and edited texts on a wide range of commerce-related subjects, including shipping, diamonds, arms, various types of alcohol, telecommunications and other topics.
(1990-1995)MA in Russian Language and Literature at University of Glasgow, Scotland. Applications for membership of the Institute of Linguists and the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (both UK bodies) currently underway.
