Mtre. Rafal Jeglinski is practicing lawyer from Montreal Canada, I bi-juridical and bilingual jurisdiction (English/French). He provides occasional legal translation services. Starting in 2007, Mtre. Jeglinski has worked in the field of civil and commercial litigation at a leading Montreal litigation boutique. Before entering the law, Mtre. Jeglinski was a linguist and project manager at a company developing natural language parsing and disambiguation software. He is proud to be a repeat alumnus of McGill University (B.A. ’04 honours, B.C.L . and LL.B. ’08 distinction) where he was actively involved in student government and, subsequently, as the electronics editor of the McGill Law Journal. He is also the recipient of the graduation Bereskin and Parr prize in intellectual property.
