Source text - English On March 14th, Tyco Thermal Controls celebrated the production and sale of the one billionth foot of Raychem® self regulating heat-tracing cable, a major and unique accomplishment in the heat tracing industry. In 1971, Raychem Corporation’s heat-tracing business, known today as Tyco Thermal Controls, invented the world’s first self-regulating heat-tracing cable. It soon became the industry standard for electric heat-tracing applications, and the Raychem brand name remains synonymous today with innovation, quality, reliability and service.
Paul Cook, the founder of Raychem Corporation, ceremoniously released the batch with the billionth foot of product. It was followed by a presentation on Tyco Thermal Controls, plant tour, speeches by dignitaries, and employee celebrations. The event was attended by Mrs. Rosanne Foust, the Mayor of Redwood City, who presented a proclamation in honor of Tyco Thermal Controls and Mr. John Rice, VP of Human Resources from Tyco Flow Control. The prominent attendees at the event included the employees who developed Raychem self-regulating technology, select customers and representatives.

The video camera can be operated with the buttons of the sports pack.
H Selecting the mode
1 Turn on the sports pack.
Press the POWER button to turn on the mode lamp and the power of the sports pack and video camera. The mode is set to CAMERA mode.
Note
If the video camera is left in Standby mode for five minutes or more, it switches off automatically. This is to preserve the battery.
You can change the “A.SHUT OFF” setting of this function to [Never] using the video camera. For details, refer to the operating instructions of your video camera.
To return to Standby mode, turn the POWER button to “ON” again.
2 Select the desired mode.
Press the mode change button to switch between modes in the following sequence.
- CAMERA -- MEMORY -- VCR --
Check the selected mode with the mode lamp on the sports pack.
