I am originally from Poland. I speak, read and write fluently in Polish and English. For more than twenty years I worked in the U.S. as a Polish language journalist, broadcaster and editor.I spent four years as a Polish language and culture lecturer, as well, at an institution of higher learning. All those jobs relied heavily on translation from Polish to English and vice versa, thus I am fully bilingual. The job of a lecturer involved classroom instruction and language immersion trips to Poland with American students holding important positions in American foreign diplomacy. I am also a certified Polish language tester. Translating is one of my favorite activities and the proper use of both languages is an object of my great devotion.
