Access Payment Settings

  • Go to Settings and open the payment or billing section
  • Or access from dashboard if prompted
  • Stripe integration handles secure payment processing

Add Credit Card

  • Click 'Add Payment Method'
  • Enter card details (handled securely by Stripe)
  • Card information is encrypted and never stored on Remoto servers
  • Verify payment method

Payment Verification

  • Payment method must be verified before making calls
  • System checks payment method when initiating calls
  • If not verified, you'll be prompted to add payment method
  • Verification is instant for valid cards

  • Rates vary by language pair and service type
