Jonckers is looking for part-time help with localization technical/engineering and DTP tasks. This is a remote, freelance position allowing you to work anywhere in the United States supporting our Seattle-based team during Pacific Time working hours. Candidates MUST be US Citizens or permanent residents with no exceptions. Some experience as a translator, localization project manager and/or localization engineer is required. Arabic skills are a plus. Please see the skills requirements below:
• SDL Trados Studio
o Localization pre-process
Creating project (all file formats)
TM management & WC analysis
Pre-translation & creating packages
o Localization post-process
o Adobe CC
• HTML, XML
• General QA process
• XBench or Verifika
• RegExp & automation
A test will be required of qualified applicants. If you meet the requirements, please send us your CV, desired hourly rate and availability (hours per week).
