Ongoing long-term translations/proofreading support for No.1 Pregnancy App

Service required Languages:
English to Spanish
We own the No.1 Pregnancy App on App Store and Google Play Store.
We are translating the app into more languages (including Vietnamese) and need someone who would help us maintain the App in these languages.
Things we need help with:
- Quick translations (a few words, or a few dozens of words)
- Longer translations (could be a few hundred or a few thousand words)
- Checking the localisation of the App (we would ask you to use the App on your device and check that all is well language-wise and suggest changes if needed)
- Potentially other language-related tasks.
The expected workload will vary. We ask that you respond to short requests on the same day, and longer requests within a few days - we can discuss this.
We'll need to make sure that the translation reads nicely and smoothly, that it is localized correctly and generally makes sense. The tone and style should be friendly, easy to read, informal, non-biased, non-judgmental, and a bit funny where possible (not too much!).
Having an iOS or Android smartphone is a must.
The formats will vary - short translation requests in a company chat, word, HTML, a CAT tool we use.
Please do submit a test translation. We would also ask you to do a longer test translation (245 words), if possible.
Please contact us with any questions. Please only contact us via ProZ messaging service as emails sent to any other addresses may not be responded to.
We are a small and friendly and enthusiastic team and are used to working with people remotely. We look forward to a nice experience!

TENS stands for transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (rolls of the tongue, doesn’t it?). A maternity TENS machine is a hand-held controller attached to a number of sticky pads.
The Apgar score
Your prenatal teacher probably mentioned the Apgar score during your classes. APGAR stands for activity, pulse, grimace, appearance and respiration. These are the things being assessed.
