This session will build upon another Proz.com session called "Translators And Self-Published Authors: A Partnership For The New Digital Publishing Age." This time, we'll discuss alternatives to self-publish a book you've written or translated and have the final product as both paperback through print-on-demand services and as a digital book for electronic reading.
Translators who are interested in publishing a book they have written or translated and to which they hold the copyright and would like to learn more about the self-publishing process.
Selecting the material you want to publish,
Brainstorming ideas to format your book to each medium,
Learning about distribution channels to make your book available to readers.
There are no prerequisites for this course. Beginning and experienced translators are welcome.
