• Required: Internet Explorer® 7.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox® 3.0 or newer or Google™ Chrome™ 5.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled)
• Internet Connection Required: Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection
• Recommended: Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of RAM (recommended)

For Mac®-based Users:

• Required: Mac OS® X 10.5 – Leopard® or newer
• Required: Safari™ 3.0 or newer, Firefox® 3.0 or newer or Google™ Chrome™ 5.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled)
• Internet Connection Required: Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection
• Required: Intel processor (1GB of RAM or better recommended)

To Use VoIP (microphone and speakers or headset):

• Fast Internet connection (384 kbps or more recommended)
• Speakers or headset (USB headset recommended)
• NOT required: Microphone - attendees can communicate with the trainer through incorporated chat.

Recommendations

• For the visual section of the training course, we recommend that you have a 64kbps link. This means using an ISDN line or Broadband. Wireless connection is NOT recommended.
• For the audio section of the training course, we recommend that you have a headset or speakers.
• We recommend that you log in 30 minutes in advance of the start time to prepare for the training course.

Courses will be open half an hour before the start time. Please login before the start time to ensure that everything on your system is working correctly.

I am an unhappy user of TO 3000Feb 25, 2014

For info, I bought T0 3000 a year ago, and as no help is provided or manual, I have not been able to use it. I tried! I also contacted their support service, they said they would sent me info, and they didn't. Since then I have not used it at all. Please ensure that this seminar goes through the basic aspects of using this software.

I am using TO3000 since September 2013. As I has started with the testversion, I had the opportunity to try out all facilities and this gave me the chance to develop a query for my whole VAT-registration together with their helpdesk. They were always very helpfull and kind and have explained me several - for them obvious - things. I really appreciate this program and their fantastic support. TO3000 is really a dream to use and helps me to have a better view on my business.

IMO TO3000 is a fantastic software, I can't imagine my daily work without TO3000. I definitely recommend TO3000, it made my life a lot easier.

Hi,
I find TO3000 awesome! It changed my working habit, I only need to take a look at the project schedule to know, how my day will look like.
I know, there is hardly, if any chance to get special requests, but what I find difficult is:

1. customizing invoices (can I use different templates for each client?)
2. scheduling the projects per day to know immediately, when I look at the projects schedule, if I can or can not accept a job (currently I use google calendar to d

3. Is there a way to backup invoices in some cloud? I invoice now with proz invoicing tool and find it very comfortable to get to my invoices with a single internet connection without my pc
