New features compared to Studio 2011Feb 17, 2014

Hello,
I already use Trados Studio 2011.
I´d like to know what are the differences between Studio 2011 and 2014 in order to make my decision regarding upgrading.
Will this course be talking about these differences, or would you recommend a different one?
Please let me know.

Thanks,
Elena

Creating Translation MemoryMar 1, 2014

I have just started using Trados and I like the layout of the split page as I translate, but I haven't been able to create a translation memory. I thought Trados would remember everything I had translated automatically, but this is clearly not the case, as I'm working on a large project where lots of expressions are repeated and I have to type them each time. I'm looking forward to learning how to use Trados properly!

Multiterm 2014 Gone WildMar 17, 2014

Well, the title tells it all J.

Unable to use multiterm 2014 for a while to enter new terms to the termbase. Appreciating this is a starter course for Trados, I'd be glad if we'd had just a little time just to go over it fastly. Regards.

EDIT : Fixed with Paul's help thank you.

Hello Dawn,
make sure you press CTRL + ENTER to store the segment in the translation memory. If you move out of the segment with the arrows only, the new translation will not be stored.

Regards
Massi
