I was born and grew up in Sweden and lived there until when, in 1997, I moved to the U.K. to finish my studies in Technical Writing. After obtaining my diploma, my passion for languages led me to English language studies in London and French language studies in Switzerland and France.
I permanently settled in Paris in 2000 and began my career as a Technical Writer and Translator for Schlumberger, a multinational company in the oil industry.
Three years later, I moved to Montreal, Canada, where I worked as a Technical Writer and Translator for Compuware, an IT-company, then for the software developer, Bluestreak. Canada was home for 5 years and currently share my time between Sweden and France. I have been carrying out freelance contracts since 2007.
Throughout the years, I have managed to create opportunities that have allowed me not only to travel extensively in Latin America, but also to study Spanish at various occasions for longer periods. This experience has given me an excellent command of the language as well as in-depth knowledge of several Hispanic cultures.
