Bio
Seasoned wine professional and qualified wine educator Kevin K Tang is lead lecturer in wine studies to various local universities and museum. He is Academic Adviser and External Examiner to various education boards. He holds the Diploma in Wine and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust from the UK, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Sheridan College of Technology, a Teaching Certificate and a Masters from The Chinese University of Hong Kong where he studied Comparative History(European Concentration). His specialization is mid-range Bordeaux and high-end Burgundies. He was ex-manager, Concord Wines and Concord Institute of Wine; he remained a consultant to and Director of the Group.
