The Employer may provide the Employee with a business vehicle, mobile phone, or portable computer (laptop). The expenses of use of the aforementioned vehicle, mobile phone (up to 4,500 RSD per month) and portable computer - laptop for business purposes shall be borne by the Employer.
Business vehicle shall be used for business purposes only and the Employee shall return the vehicle at the Employer’s address upon completion of the requested duties. At the end of a month, the Employee shall compensate to the Employer all expenses of a business mobile phone use for the Employee’s private purposes.
The Employer may temporarily and/or permanently cancel, i.e. deny the possibility of the Employee’s use of a business vehicle and/or business mobile phone and/or portable computer without providing any justifications or without the Employee’s agreement. The Employee is aware of this right of the Employer and fully agrees with it. For every delivery of the vehicle, mobile phone and portable computer to the Employee or return of the same to the Employer minutes, shall be prepared, containing details of delivery/return of the subject goods.
If the Employer cancels the possibility of the Employee’s use of a business vehicle, the Employer shall compensate the Employee’s expenses for travelling to and from work. This compensation shall be equal to the value of a monthly pre-paid pass in the public transport for the relevant zone.
The Employee shall look after the provided business vehicle, mobile phone and portable computer with due care and shall take all necessary measures to have these goods adequately and regularly maintained as to prevent any damage likely to occur to these goods due to irregular maintenance and/or other fixable reasons.
At the Employer’s first notice and with no delay, the Employee shall return the business vehicle and/or mobile phone and/or portable computer provided by the Employer in accordance with this Contract of Employment.

Poslodavac može Zaposlenom staviti na raspolaganje službeni automobil, službeni mobilni telefon i službeni prenosivi računar (lap top). Troškove upotrebe prednjeg automobila, mobilnog telefona (do 4.500,00 dinara mesečno) i prenosivog računara, u službene svrhe, snosi Poslodavac.
Službeni automobil se koristi isključivo u poslovne svrhe i zaposleni je nakon izvršenja poslovnih obaveza dužan vratiti službeni automobil u sedište Poslodavca. Troškove upotrebe službenog mobilnog telefona za privatne potrebe Zaposlenog, Zaposleni je dužan da na kraju meseca nadoknadi Poslodavcu.
Poslodavac može privremeno i/ili trajno obustaviti, odnosno ukinuti Zaposlenom mogućnost upotrebe službenog automobila i/ili službenog mobilnog telefona i/ili službenog prenosivog računara, bez ikakvog obrazloženja i bez bilo kakve saglasnosti Zaposlenog, sa kojim pravom Poslodavca je Zaposleni upoznat i izričito saglasan. O predaji automobila, mobilnog telefona i službenog računara Zaposlenom, odnosno o povraćaju istih Poslodavcu, sačinjen zapisnik o primopredaji/povraćaju.
U slučaju obustave mogućnosti Zaposlenog da upotrebljava službeni automobil, Poslodavac će Zaposlenom nadoknaditi troškove dolaska i odlaska na posao u visini cene mesečne prevozne karte u javnom saobraćaju, za adekvatne zone.
Zaposleni je dužan da se o primljenom službenom automobilu, mobilnom telefonu kao i o prenosivom računaru, stara sa pažnjom dobrog domaćina, te da preduzme sve potrebne radnje kako bi isti bili uredno i redovno održavani, odnosno kako bi se sprečio nastanak štete na istima – usled neurednog održavanja i/ili usled drugih otklonjivih razloga.
Zaposleni je dužan da na prvi poziv Poslodavca, odmah i bez ikakvog odlaganja, poslodavcu vrati službeni automobil i/ili službeni telefon i/ili službeni prenosivi računar – koje je u skladu sa ovim Ugovorom o radu, primio od Poslodavca.

Source text - English 10. Task 2 - The preparation of the training material. The proposed contents of the training programme, and the list of workshop stakeholders, should be prepared well in advance of the training and should include the identification of potential case studies during the initial fact finding mission with PIT PEPS staff. Consultants are responsible for this preparation of training material and will do so in the home office, based on the information provided by the counterparts and two days in advance of the training programme with workshop stakeholders, as envisaged in the next task.
11. Task 3 – Identification of the prospective case studies to be examined in more detail in the workshop. This activity must be undertaken jointly with the stakeholders on a 2 day field trip who will be attending the workshop, to identify and examine specific cases worthy of inclusion and more detailed discussion in the workshop. The field trip should emphasize the importance of being ‘out in the field’ and learning the ability of ‘reading’ road safety These should include examples of accident blackspots, junctions, roundabouts, Safety aspects related to changed road designs, e.g. in the case of upgrading single carriage ways to dual carriage ways etc – in both an urban and interurban setting. The case studies should also include the detailed design for larger scale infrastructure works in the form of rehabilitation or upgrading.

Predloženi sadržaj programa obuke kao i spisak učesnika u obuci treba pripremiti unapred, pre obuke, a treba da sadrži identifikaciju potencijalnih edukacionih slučajeva u okviru inicijalne misije sa članovima JPPS Tima za implementaciju Projekta. Konsultanti su odgovorni za pripremu materijala za obuku, a obaviće je u sedištu firme, na osnovu informacija koje su dobijene od drugih ugovornih strana i dva dana pre programa obuke sa učesnicima u obuci, kao što je predviđeno sledećim zadatkom.
11. Zadatak 3 – Identifikacija budućih edukacionih slučajeva koje treba detaljnije obraditi u obuci. Ova aktivnost mora biti preduzeta u saradnji sa učesnicima u obuci na dvodnevnom putovanju, kako bi se identifikovali i ispitali specifični slučajevi koji bi mogli biti predmet detaljnije diskusije na radionici. Ovo putovanje treba da istakne važnost „istraživanja na terenu“ i učenje sposobnosti „čitanja“ bezbednosti puta. Obilazak terena treba da obuhvati primere crnih tačaka, raskrsnica, zaobilaznih puteva, aspekte bezbednosti vezane za promenjene projekte puta, npr. u slučaju dogradnje puta sa jednom trakom na dve saobraćajne trake itd., kako u gradskim tako i u međugraskim sredinama. Edukacioni slučajevi takođe treba da uključe detaljan projekat za infrastrukturne radove većih razmera u obliku rehabilitacije ili dogradnje.
