Strategy
In recent years, we have significantly changed the balance of the Group’s business. We have developed our Paper and Corrugated Packaging and Plastic Packaging businesses in higher added-value and faster-growing product and market sectors and grown the Office Products Wholesaling business in continental Europe. At the same time, we have sold several peripheral activities and closed parts of our Paper business that were not likely to be viable in the longer term. These moves have strengthened XXXX and provided a good base from which we can develop the Group further.
Given our range of businesses and our strong market positions, we are confident that there will be many opportunities for organic development of the Group. We also expect that there will be further restructuring in the European paper and corrugated packaging industry and that this may present opportunities for further development through acquisitions.
In UK Paper and Corrugated Packaging, our objectives are to improve further the returns from our substantial UK market positions and to sustain these better returns over the business cycle. The priorities for achieving this are: a continued drive to recover the current high input costs; further cost reduction; and targeting growth sectors of the market.
Our goal in Continental European Corrugated Packaging is to sustain and build on our existing solid returns and good growth rates. We will continue our targeted approach, concentrating on selected markets and higher added-value product segments. In the short-term a priority is to recover the recent and prospective rises in input costs. Investment will be concentrated on maintaining the competitiveness of our existing operations and their expansion, through organic development and bolt-on acquisitions.

Strategie

Vyvinuli jsme naše odvětví papírenství, balení z vlnité lepenky a plastové balení, s vyšší přidanou hodnotou a zvýšeným růstem výrobního a tržního sektoru, a vybudovali jsme velkoobchodní podnikání s kancelářskými výrobky na území kontinentální Evropy. Souběžně jsme prodali určité okrajové activity a ukončili činnost v částech odvětví našeho papírenství kde se nedala očekávat dlouhodobá životaschopnost. Tyto manévry posílily XXXX a vytvořily solidní základnu pro budoucí rozvoj naší skupiny.
Vzhledem k rozsahu našeho podnikání a výhodnému tržnímu postavení, jsme přesvědčeni že se v budoucnosti naskytne mnoho příležitostí k vnitřnímu rozvoji naší skupiny. Rovněž očekáváme další restrukturalizaci v průmyslu evropského papírenství a balení z vlnité lepenky, což by mohlo poskytnout příležitosti k dalšímu rozvoji prostřednictvím akvizic.
Naše cíle v oblastech papírenství a balení z vlnité lepenky ve Spojeném Království tkví v neustálém vylepšování výnosů vyplývajících z našeho významného postavení na místním trhu a udržení těchto výnosů v průběhu hospodářského cyklu. Priority pro dosažení těchto záměrů jsou tyto: nadále usilovat o úhradu za současné vysoké vstupní náklady, nadále snižovat náklady; a zaměřovat se na rostoucí sektory trhu.
Naším cílem v kontinentální Evropě v oblasti vlnitého balení je udržet stávající solidní výnosy a tempo růstu, a povzbudit jejich rozvoj. Budeme pokračovat v našem vytyčeném přístupu, se specielním zaměřením na vybrané trhy a segmenty výrobků s vyšší přidanou hodnotou. Krátkodobou prioritou je náhrada za nedávná a eventuálně další zvýšení vstupních nákladů. She had struggled long and hard to stay on in the world, and Sripathi couldn’t believe it when she was finally vanquished by time and age and ill-health.
Translation - Czech Až do jeho třinácti let mu ještě mu nikdo blízký neumřel. Pomyšlení na Smrt pro něj představovalo něco vzdáleného a nepochopitelného, jako třeba Mars nebo Venus. Jaksi matně si představoval že Bůh Yamma se přikodrcá na svém bůvolovi, za zády své laso, jen k těm nejchudobnějším nebo velmi starým. Poprvé zažil dotyk Smrti když mu zemřela babička. Zápasila o život dlouho a urputně, a když nastal čas a konečně ji přemohly nemoce a věk, nebyl se s tim schopen vypořádat.
