Native English speaker born and educated in the U.S.A.
Full-time professional translator of Russian into English since 2005.
My technical translation experience includes mostly Oil & Gas, Metallurgy, Medicine, Engineering, Programming and Cybersecurity.
Started translating Ukrainian into English in 2022 and am now mostly focused on the War in Ukraine and all the other interesting stuff happening in the former Soviet countries these days.
Lived and worked in Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, and Montenegro.
Can also translate technical and literary German if forced to do so (it's been a while).
