Solution: Reuptake of serotonin inhibitor and 5-HT2A receptor as a compound acts as an effective component in preventing urinary incontinence , especially the (S)-2-[[(7-fluoro-4-inden-yl) oxy] methyl ] morpholine, as it has permissible salt levels that has favourable effect on the above condition.
Effect : Any side effect due to rise in serotonin levels and the resultant 5HT2A receptor stimulus action, anti choline action, does not induce any medicinal dependency or suicidal tendencies and is a safe medication.
There are two kinds of reflex nerve namely autonomic nerve and somatic nerve which are responsible for certain physiological functions , urinary bladder function being one of them. The reflex nerve of autonomic nerve is mainly due to the extended stimulus of bladder that occurs when the bladder is accumulated or full.
This stimulus is transmitted to the neuron located at the rear end of the medulla by the parasympathetic pelvis nerve. These inclusion neurons in turn stimulate the neurons in the sympathetic nerve that is connected to the lower abdominal nerve. They also relax the bladder smooth muscle using the β receptor that exist in the gall bladder. At the same time , they use the α receptor in the urethra to bring about urethral contractions, thereby ensuring that the urge to withhold is maintained.
On the other hand, the other kind of reflex nerve namely somatic nerve reflex acts when there is a sudden internal bladder motion like which occurs during a cough or a sneeze. Whenever there is an increase in the internal bladder movements, the Pelvis nerve’s centripetal nerve component is stimulated . Further, these inclusion neurons are responsible for stimulating the Onuf nucleus,which controls the urethral striated muscle present in the medulla. This Onuf nucleus is the primary nerve of the somatic nerve system.This stimulus in the Onuf nucleus in turn stimulates the genital nerve present in the centrifugal somatic nerve thereby causing a contraction in the urinary striated muscle. The neurotransmitters along this reflex route namely Norepinephrine and Serotonin are thus accounted for. These neurotransmitters use the α receptor and Serotonin receptor present in the Onuf nucleus to stimulate the Onuf nucleus.

Source text - Japanese A: ナントロシーズの提案、これはですね、どうして生まれたかということですが、まず最初にいろんな要素がありますけれども、まず最初に日本の国内での事情が当然あります。巨大地震、海溝での巨大地震が起きてたくさんの人が死ぬと、１００年、２００年に一度おきるわけですけれども、これの正体がもう少しわからないだろうかと、という大きな気持ちがあるわけですね。これは研究者にもありますし、一般市民にもあるわけですよ。ですから、これをまず何とかしようということが大きな動機としてあったと思います。それと同時にですね、もちろん日本ではなくて国際的な研究者の集団があるわけですけれども、地震学者であるとか、それから断層を調べている学者であるとか、色々いるわけですけれども、そういう人たちが研究を進めてきて、地震というのはどうして起こるのかというのが大分わかってきたんですね。そうすると後は、巨大な地震が起こる現場に掘ろうではないかという気分が高まってきたものですから、後は研究者で何回も集会を持ちます。年に１回２回持って時に日本で、時にはアメリカで持ったりして、気分を高めて、それをそれぞれ各国の国に説明をしたりして、そのプロジェクトというのが出来上がってきたということです。
Translation - English The NanTroSeize (Nankai Trough Seismogenic Zone Experiments) proposal was mainly introduced to understand the occurrence of earthquakes in Japan. The death toll due to massive earthquakes that originate from the seafloor has increased. Both researchers and the public have little understanding regarding the true nature of such disasters that tends to occur once in 100 or 200 years. This proposal is the first of its kind that attempts to study the reason behind the occurrence of such devastative earthquakes and includes a multiple team that comprises of Japan researchers, International research organizations, seismologists and fault detectors. After drilling in potentially violent earthquake sites for samples, the team gathers many times to analyze the results of the research activities. Such meetings are conducted once or twice in a year either in Japan or in America. The project was said to have successfully completed after the increased awareness amid the involved countries through explanations based on the study results.
