I am an experienced, UK-certified, full-time, freelance translator offering mainly EN-ES translations for the LATAM/MEX/USA markets.

I began translating part-time in 2006 right after finishing a BA in Language Teaching (4 years of EN, FR & ES grammar) in Colima, Mexico. Then, I started translating full-time in May 2012, just after finishing the MA in TESOL & Translation Studies (Merit) at Aston University in Birmingham, UK.

I have obtained first-hand cultural and language experience by studying and working in the countries where my working languages are spoken, including USA (2 years), France (1-year), Argentina (5 months), England (2 years), Czech Republic (4 years) and Mexico (23 years).
In short, I have a solid and local knowledge of the foreign cultures and languages I work with.
