Le montant figurant au paragraphe 12.1.1 sera payé comme suit :
Dix pour cent (10%) soit X%:
A titre d’avance forfaitaire, par virement bancaire, contre présentation des documents suivants :
Factures commerciales en douze (12) exemplaires et :
Caution bancaire de restitution d’avance de montant d’égale valeur.
Quatre Vingt Dix (90%) pour cent soit : (1-X%)
Seront réglés :
a) Pour la Fourniture : Au moyen d’une remise documentaire via le canal bancaire au fur et à mesure et au prorata des livraisons arrivée ports et / ou aéroport de débarquement en Algérie contre présentation des documents suivant :
Facture commerciale établie au non du Maître de l’Ouvrage en douze (12) exemplaires.
Un des trois (1/3) connaissements originaux « clean on board » ou lettre de transport aérien (LTA).
Liste de colisage en quatre 04) exemplaires.
Certificat d’origine dûment visé par la chambre de commerce.
Copie du certificat d’assurance ou avis d’aliment couvrant les risques de transport.
Constat d’arrivée sur site de la fourniture approuvé par les deux parties.
Document douanier D10 (port ou aéroport algérien) établi au nom du Maître de l’Ouvrage.
Ces deux derniers documents ne transitent pas par le canal bancaire, ils seront remis par l’Entrepreneur au Maître de l’Ouvrage en Algérie.
Pour les Prestations et Travaux : Par virement bancaire, au fur et à mesure et au prorata de l’avancement des Prestations et Travaux déterminée suivant la procédure en Annexe X, dûment approuvé par le Maître de l’Ouvrage, contre présentation des documents suivants :
Facture commerciale en douze (12) exemplaires, dûment approuvée par le Maître de l’Ouvrage établie sur la base d’une situation mensuelle d’avancement réel des prestations et travaux dûment approuvée par le Maître de l’Ouvrage.

The amount appearing in paragraph 12.1.1 shall be paid in the following manner:

As contract advance, by bank transfer, against presentation of the following documents:
Commercial bills in twelve (12) copies and:
Bank guarantee for refundable advance amount of equal value.
Ninety percent (90%) shall be: (1-X%)
Shall be settled as:
a) For Supply:
By means of a documentary remittance via the banking channel in proportions of deliveries, as and when arriving in ports and / or unloading in the Algerian Airport against furnishing of the following documents :
Commercial invoice on behalf of the Client in twelve (12) copies.
One of three (1/3) original bills of lading "clean on board" or airway transport bill (LTA)
List of consignment in four (4) copies.
Certificate of origin; duly signed by the chamber of commerce
Copy of the Insurance Certificate or declaration on open policy covering transport risks.
Report of arrival of the supply at the site approved by both the parties.
D10 Customs Document (port or Algerian Airport) made in the name of the Client.
These last two documents need not be forwarded through the banking channels; they shall be produced by the Contractor to the Client in Algeria.
For Services and Works:
By bank transfer, in proportion to and as and when the services and works are advanced following the procedures in Annex X, duly approved by the Client against presentation of the following documents :
Commercial bills in twelve (12) copies duly approved by the Client, established on the monthly situation of advancement of services and works, again duly approved by the Client.
